IMPORTANT NOTES:

CARGOGLIDE 600 FOR DRAWER SYSTEM – PAYLOAD

Due to the overall capacity of your full-size drawer system deck, the CargoGlide 600 may, in some cases, have a payload lower than 600 lbs. The final rating is calculated based on the drawer system’s payload capacity per square foot, the weight of the CargoGlide, and the CargoGlide’s payload capacity per square foot.
A single CargoGlide 600 mounted to a drawer system supports up to 600 lbs. Two CargoGlide 600 units mounted side by side share a combined payload capacity of 850 lbs.

CARGOGLIDE MATERIALS:

  • Powder-coated American steel frame
  • Industrial-grade 0.75" plywood deck
  • Thermoplastic top sheet
  • Aluminum sidewalls

600 lb payload capacity with 75% extension

  • 2 precision-machined rollers with sealed bearings
  • 4 sealed cam follower bearings with custom-machined axles

CARGOGLIDE INSTALLATION

The CargoGlide arrives fully assembled—installation takes just 30–45 minutes with a few basic tools and a helping hand. Be sure to follow the instructions for proper setup.

For mounting onto a drawer system, CargoGlide Mounting Brackets are required and must be purchased separately.

FAQ

1. What are my installation options?

Both full-size and midsize truck Drawer Systems can support one full-bed-width CargoGlide with a 1,000 lb payload and 75% extension, as long as the correct size is selected. Use the Vehicle Picker above to find the right model for your truck.

In addition, both full-size and midsize Drawer Systems can accommodate either one half-bed-width CargoGlide (mounted on the left, right, or center) or two half-bed-width units installed side by side. A Universal Bracket Kit is required for any new CargoGlide installation onto a Drawer System.

2. How do I know if the new CargoGlide will work on my Drawer System?

If your Drawer System includes D-ring tie-down mounting points, you’re ready for installation.

CargoGlide is not compatible with Legacy Drawer Systems or newer Drawer Systems designed for RamBox, service body trucks, or cargo vans. If you already own a Drawer System or are planning your setup, it’s best to contact Customer Support to confirm compatibility.

3. If I install CargoGlide on my Drawer System, will I still have access to my stash bins?

Yes—with one exception.

If you have a midsize Drawer System (the single-drawer version) and install two half-bed-width CargoGlides, access to the stash bins will be blocked due to the combined width covering the bin lids.

4. How many holes do I have to drill to install CargoGlide?

When installing a compatible CargoGlide onto a Drawer System, no drilling is required. The Universal Bracket Kit bolts directly into existing tie-down mounting points. For installations directly onto a truck bed, refer to the general CargoGlide page for additional guidance.

Note: If your CargoGlide isn’t sliding smoothly, slightly loosen the tailgate roller axle and nut. Using a 9/16" socket and a 1/4" Allen key, a quarter to half turn should restore smooth operation.

5. Does CargoGlide offer a Lifetime Warranty?

Yes—it’s backed by the No BS Warranty. DECKED products are built for long-term, heavy-duty use, and support is available if any issues arise.

That said, damage from extreme events like accidents or natural disasters typically isn’t covered. However, if your gear is damaged, reach out anyway—DECKED will do what they can to help.

6. Is CargoGlide compatible with cargo vans?

CargoGlide is not compatible with cargo van Drawer Systems. For cargo van applications, refer to the CargoGlide page for direct-mount options.

7. What is CargoGlide made of?

CargoGlide is proudly made in the USA using 100% American labor and premium materials, including:

  • Powder-coated U.S. steel frame

  • 3/4" marine-grade plywood deck

  • Weatherproof, UV-resistant thermoplastic top sheet

  • Extruded aluminum sidewalls

  • Cast aluminum handle

  • High-impact polymer corner guards

  • Heavy-duty rollers and bearings for smooth performance
