How to claim it
- Before you order, email [email protected] with the subject "Heroes Discount," or call (845) 579-3631.
- Verify your status. A photo of your military ID, VA card, DD-214, department ID or agency credential is enough. Cover or blank out any ID numbers and your date of birth — we do not need them and do not want them on file.
- We issue a single-use code, usually within one business day. Apply it at checkout.
Already placed the order? Call us within 48 hours and we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
We delete verification images as soon as the code is issued. We do not keep a copy of your ID, and we do not add you to any list because of it.
Terms
- 10% off the product subtotal, before tax and shipping.
- Codes are single-use and tied to the person verified. They are not transferable.
- Cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes. It does stack with free shipping and with manufacturer rebates.
- Does not apply to items already marked clearance or final sale, or to gift cards.
- A small number of manufacturers enforce minimum advertised pricing that prevents any discount. Where that applies we will tell you up front and, where we can, offer something else of equivalent value.
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to decline a code where verification cannot be completed.
Why we do this
Work trucks and service vehicles take a beating, and the people driving them are not usually the ones with the biggest budget for gear. A standing discount is a small, concrete thing we can do rather than a slogan in a banner once a year.
If you are outfitting several vehicles for a department, agency or unit, skip the code and call us directly — fleet pricing will beat 10%.
