The process
How we keep the wrong part off your truck

You tell us your truck
Year, make, model and bed length — either in the fitment selector or on the phone. Cab configuration matters too, and we will ask.

We check it by hand
Before your order ships, a person compares your vehicle details against the manufacturer's fitment data for that exact part number. Not an algorithm — a person.

We call if something is off
Mismatch between your truck and the part? We stop the order and call you. It costs us a day and saves you a return.

If we get it wrong, we fix it
Wrong part because our data was wrong? Prepaid return label, no restocking fee, correct part shipped immediately — often before your return is even back.

- Our sales team recommended a part that does not fit the truck you described
- The manufacturer changed the product spec without updating their fitment guide
Handled as a standard return

These still return under our 30-day return policy — and we will usually still argue the restocking fee down for you.
