LKQ Specialty Products Group (LKQ SPG) warrants to the original purchaser of each Product as follows:

Stainless Steel Products will be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the Product.

Mild Steel Products mechanical will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of retail purchase or, if less, the period during which the original purchaser owns the Product.

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product(s), and only to installation on and use with one vehicle, and is not transferable.
To obtain warranty service, return the Product to the place of purchase within the warranty period, along with a cash register receipt or other proof of the identity of the purchaser and the date of purchase.

If the Product is defective, LKQ SPG at its option will (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the Product with a Product that is new or refurbished, or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product. LKQ SPG warrants the repaired or replacement part for the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a Product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes LKQ SPG's property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes LKQ SPG's property. This warranty does not cover the cost or labor to remove or reinstall the Product.

This warranty does not apply if the Product has been damaged by road hazard (such as gravel or other debris), accident, collision, improper installation, improper removal, abuse, misuse, overloading, modification, misapplication or improper service. This warranty is void if product serial number has been altered or defaced, or if Product was used for any commercial or industrial application.

THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY. LKQ SPG DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT BY LAW MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE DATE OF THE PRODUCT. LKQ SPG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, DOWN TIME OR LOSS OF USE) UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF LKQ SPG WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty allows specific legal rights. Other rights that vary from state to state may also be available.

LKQ SPG reserves the right to change the Product design, source or the source of any Product components without notice. In the situation where LKQ SPG has changed a Product design, source or the source of any Product components, LKQ SPG shall have no obligation to upgrade or otherwise modify previously manufactured Products.
