Part 80339 is the Revolver X4s cut for the 2021–2026 Ford F-150 with the 5'7" bed — the bed you get on a SuperCrew. It is not a universal cover trimmed to fit. The rails are the length of this bed, the seals are shaped to this bulkhead, and the clamps land on the F-150's bed rail flange. If you have the 6'5" or 8' bed, or a 2020-or-earlier truck, this is the wrong part number and we would rather tell you now than after it ships.

Why a roll-up on this truck

The 5'7" bed is short to begin with, so how a cover behaves when it is open matters more here than it does on a long bed. A hard folding cover stacked at the bulkhead takes roughly a third of an already short bed and puts a foot of panel in the air above it. The X4s winds into a canister at the front and leaves everything from the rails up completely open, which is what you want when you are dropping in a dirt bike, a stack of drywall, or anything you would rather crane in from above than slide in from behind.

The trade is at the tailgate. Roll-ups seal at the rails and drain to the corners rather than clamping down like a lid, so on a truck parked outside all winter you will find the odd damp patch that a folding cover would not give you. It is a real difference and it is small; we mention it because most product pages will not.

What it does with the F-150's own features

• Tailgate lock. The cover secures with the tailgate. Close and lock the tailgate and the bed is closed; the rotational locking rails hold the cover down along its whole length, not just at the back corners.
• Stake pockets and BoxLink. The stake pockets stay open and the inner-wall BoxLink cleats are untouched, so your existing tie-downs and bed dividers carry on working.
• Tailgate step. The factory tailgate step and its grab bar are behind the cover line and are unaffected.
• Pro Access Tailgate. If your 2024–2026 truck has Ford's Pro Access Tailgate, do not order on assumption. Swing-gate compatibility varies by cover and by production date. Call or message us with your VIN and we will confirm before you pay.
• Bedliners. A spray-in liner is no obstacle. A drop-in liner that folds over the top of the bed rail has to come out or be trimmed, because the cover's rails clamp to that rail.

Fitting it

Clamp-on, no drilling, nothing cut. The rails set on the bed flange, the clamps torque down, the cover lays in and the tension gets adjusted at the rear.
